He has held leadership roles at companies like Coinbase, Zendesk, and Eaze, where he pioneered innovative programs that boost customer loyalty and engagement.

As the founder of GreenHive, Mick now focuses on empowering cannabis, as well as emerging tech companies with tailored Customer Success strategies that drive measurable results.

Fueled by authenticity, kindness, and curiosity, Mick blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. When not revolutionizing customer experiences, he enjoys storytelling through Dungeons & Dragons, eating amazing food, and spending time with his family in sunny, tropical Southern CA.
